Falon Alley

Falon joined Chetwood Wealth management in 2011, after graduating with a degree in Law and has held many roles at the firm prior to joining the Executive team as the Compliance & HR Director. Falon is responsible for the group's Compliance function, implementing a risk-based compliance monitoring programme and the group's HR function, focusing on the group's values when working with the rest of the firm’s management team to create a positive culture.

Falon holds a CIPD level 5 Diploma and is a qualified Financial Planner who is currently working towards chartered status.
